Step 1 is to Read / view our Policies and procedures. This first step is crucial for familiarising yourself with the standards, guidelines, and rules that our club has in place. Carefully reviewing the policies and procedures manual provides you with an understanding of the expectations, awards, and best practices. The policies cover a wide range of important topics such as ethical conduct, safety regulations, customer service protocols, dress code, and performance standards.
